They did do a better job on the minute and tach tracks than alot of the chrono redials that end up on the Bay.  I am not sure why it looks so sloppy around the hour markers though?  They appear to be applied numbers, which should have been removed and reapplied, but I guess they may be embossed, which might explain the mess around them.  I just dont know why they would try to make one part look nice and then flub another obvious part
