Super Sonic Transport

Hi, I always thought SST in the Zodiac models stood for Split Second Timing (although I never understood quite well how this split second thing applied to ordinary models) but now there's a SST model in the bay being described as Super Sonic Transport... because it was supposed to be accurate even at super sonic speeds... :what

Emmmm... any thoughts on this new theory? After watching some Corsari and Botographic models, this could be a new hit in Zodiac history... or could be true.  ;D

The Concorde SST airplane had come out at that time and was a huge hit. Zodiac took it and made a play off of that SST (super sonic transport) and named their watches SST for Split Second Timing.
