General question for you guys!!!

Does anyone know the relationship .....if any of the Zodiac brand and the Clebar Watch Co. Inc.  I am looking at a 50's Zodiac Moon phase watch that has a movement and case from the Clebar Watch Co. Inc. Is there a connection and if there is, what? Thanks again...hop to hear from someone with any experience with this. I have attatched some photos of the movement and inner case lid. FD

If the dial says Zodiac, stay away from it.

Clebar was made by Zodiac exclusively for the North American imports of Zodiac, Trauner and Son. Sometimes, in the factory, they used parts from one brand for another brand. They are not as valuable as a complete watch of a single brand.
