Zodiac Caseback

Working on a zodiac Cal 721 (FHF72) case number 758.  Zodiac Hermetic Aerospace Jet.  Wondering if anybody can help me with locating a caseback for this watch.  Also, I just ordered a stem but not sure what crown to get for this.  Any help is appreciated.  This has been a hard watch to find parts for.
