Another Company Advertised Astro

Butch, I remember you saying how Zodiac had deals going with certain companies, but I've never seen one for Monroe.
And why a yellow alligator for the red dot? Was the alligator Monroe's symbol or something.
Pretty unique, I thought
Chris

They used to have an advertising campaign with an alligator and asking you if your tail was sagging like his.

I meant to ask about that one as well.  I was the second highest bidder on it, I knew that I couldnt be there for the ending of it so I just threw a quick bid in on it before I left for the day.  I should have bid more but I knew I wouldnt win, it is almost always the last second bid that gets it.

How rare are company associated astros with logos on the sweep second disc Butch?  I have only seen a couple of different ones over the years.

Wow, Butch, you sure are a source of information! Or you have a memory like an elephant!  :D
Thanks for the answers

Don't be too impressed. I will forget the milk and bread SHE asked me to pick up on the way home tonight. SHE calls it SELECTIVE memory.

Oh, and yea, Google is a wonderful thing too.
